Kelli Hale is the Chief Revenue Officer at Training Systems Design (TSD) and Learning Staff. In her role, Kelli is responsible for accelerating customer success by leading worldwide sales and distribution of TSD products and services.

Kelli joined TSD in 2023 after successfully leading various international sales organizations across Asia-Pacific, Europe, and the USA over a 14-year sales career.  Kelli has deep-dive expertise in learning and development consulting and leads various sales, customer success, and partnerships. Previously she has held leadership positions in several other leading global companies.

Through Kelli’s expertise in strategic planning, talent development, process optimization, user experience, and technology utilization, clients achieve or exceed organizational goals, driving financial growth and corporate success. A sampling of clients and partnerships she has worked with include names like Anheuser Busch, Marriott, Accenture, PWC, Deloitte, BJC Healthcare, Salesforce, Edwards Scientific, Cornerstone on Demand, NTT Data, Suffolk Construction, E.W Scripps, and Sidley Austin LLP.

Kelli holds a B.S.S in Social Science from Southern Methodist University and an MBA from the University of Aberystwyth Wales, United Kingdom. Kelli, a single mother of four boys in Allen, Texas, enjoys fitness, music, and embracing joy in her spare time.
